Dental Implant and Oral Surgery Specialists of Iowa is a patient-centered, fast-growing oral surgery practice committed to delivering exceptional care. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our clinical team and support our surgeons in providing safe, high-quality patient care.

Position Summary:

The Clinical Nurse Manager oversees daily clinical operations, leads and supports clinical staff, ensures compliance with all safety and regulatory standards, and works closely with providers to maintain excellent patient safety and experience. This leadership role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced surgical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and support clinical staff 
• Oversee scheduling, workflow, and daily clinical operations
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, infection control, and practice policies
• Assist with patient care as needed within RN scope
• Collaborate with surgeons and administrative team to improve processes
• Monitor inventory management and clinical supplies

Qualifications:

• Current RN license (Iowa) required
• Previous leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced clinical setting
