About Dr. Frerichs
Dr. Frerichs was drawn to oral and maxillofacial surgery from the very beginning of his dental school training. He found the unique combination of dentistry and medicine to be the most appealing aspect of the specialty, a belief that was solidified as he learned more throughout his education. When looking for a practice, his goal was to find a team of excellent people dedicated to caring for their patient community. After meeting with Dr. Nick Morio and Dr. Will Morio, he knew he had found a home at Dental Implant & Oral Surgery Specialists of Iowa with surgeons who were like-minded and could offer a wealth of experience.
The most rewarding part of the profession for Dr. Frerichs is taking care of people and keeping them comfortable every step of the way. He understands that an oral surgeon’s office isn’t anyone’s favorite place to be, and he feels it’s important that patients know the entire team is there to take care of them and only them during their visit. Patients can expect a welcoming environment where the team will do its best to provide the best experience possible.
